Hello, my apartment lease is ending June 30th and I'm looking for another place. Normally, rental listings are best during this time of the year (April/May) as there are more supply than demand. However, because of FIFA, rents have been frustratingly astronomical! Do y'all think it is advisable to wait until next month for July listings or rent would more or less be the same even after the World Cup is over?
