is this video screenprint tranfers?

I’m trying to figure out how they got the black graphics onto the hoodie - looks like screenprint heat transfers maybe?

They have a raised, textured feeling similar to a screenprint, but looks like a CMYK process. I know they do DTG for some of their custom shirts, but that seems inefficient for mass retail. Thoughts anyone?
