Is there a discount code for users going from Nova to Hyalo? Ordering today and thought I'd check before completing the order.

Does anyone have updates on whether Apocothery is still sending out stock, or if they've completely transitioned over to Hyalo yet?

I know we can't specify that we want Hyalo yet, but just wondering if people have ordered and received Hyalo, or if anyone has received Apocothery this week.

I ordered from Nova last time, but want to order from Apothecary this time because I want the 18mg/ml instead of 10 so I don't have to jab twice for the 15mg dose. When I went online yesterday, I couldn't figure out how to do it. I'm logged in but it says I have no treatments. I'm guessing that's because I canceled Nova because I wanted it make sure it didn't auto refill? Now or wants me to fill out the questionnaire again. Is that right? Will that mean I have to go through with another Telehealth appointment even though I was supposed to be good until December? I don't mind doing that if that's what's needed just want to confirm that's correct.

I sent a chat to support yesterday but they haven't responded. I thought they'd responded on weekends before but maybe not.

Any feel would be appreciated.

I ordered my first dose last Thursday and had appointment with NP on Friday (4-6 plan).

I see on UPS tracker that the label was created on Sunday. It's Tuesday at noon and nothing since. I expected a "package was received" by Mon, and then "package is shipped" soon after. I'm supposed to take my next shot in Thursday, but that's not my concern. I'm going out of town Friday afternoon until Sunday, and obviously can't have it setting on the porch while I'm out.

I thought I'd be OK because people here have said they received it a day or two after the NP interview.

Is there a way to expedite delivery, or specify not to deliver after Friday at 4 until Sunday?
