I've seen people sharing this archived Hasan tweet, and every time I see it not enough people are taking it seriously. I won't give any disclaimers for normal people that drink and get frisky, because Hasan Piker isn't a normal person.

Under Title IX, having any kind of sexual contact with someone impaired by alcohol is sexual assault.

> Alcohol impairs an individual’s capacity to give consent for participation in sexual activities. Further, alcohol can impede an individual’s ability to recognize whether or not another individual has clearly given consent... Engaging in sexual contact with an individual incapacitated or passed out from alcohol consumption could also result in a Title IX investigation since an incapacitated person is not capable of consenting to anything.

While in college at Rutgers University in 2012-2013, Hasan Piker shared his "senior year bible." It's straight up a list of sex-predator tactics and ways to get teenage freshman to say "yes" when they'd normally say "no."

A girl getting herself drunk for her own reasons isn't consent for anyone to have sex with her, but apparently to Hasan Piker it is.

Bragging that freshman teenagers don't have sorority sisters watching out for them is predator language for "freshman girls are easier to isolate," a classic sexual assaulter tactic.

> 19. She gets “sexually-adventurous drunk” before the pregame even ends. "We don’t have to go out, you haven’t shown me your room yet."

This is more predator-coded language, that if she would say "No" when she's sober then the only way to get her to say "Yes" is when she's drunk.

> 21. She just turned 18. "I've got the perfect present!"

18 years old is underage for drinking. An of-age senior needing to get underage teenage freshmen drunk so he can get laid is just a sexual predator that deserves to be on the list

Hasan even had one of his fraternity brothers "document" his "threesome belt." An incredibly awkward picture of Hasan fully clothed with two girls in towels. One has a blank state, and alcohol cans/glasses littering the table in front of them.

Has anyone noticed that well upwards of half of these anonymous Twitter snarkers have accounts less than 12 months old? And more often even newer?

How effective do you guys think it could be to just completely side step whatever lie they’re trying to spin and just keep asking them how many different accounts they have to pedojacket Destiny from?

Btw in case it isn’t obvious, I’m not talking about actively seeking these accounts out or harassing anyone. I just mean when we see this stuff in the wild, making sure any onlookers are aware that this is a new, anonymous account in a sea of many?

It’s either the DSA, Hasan’s ilk, or both, or I have no idea but we need to make sure we’re there first or are quick to rebut their corrosive takes.

Sorry if this comes off “Reddit warrior” ish I’m just in a f*cking mood right now. They’ve become WAY too comfortable and I’m doing everything I can in person, online, etc to try to separate the real liberal Dem party from them but it feels like this is happening SO fast.
