Cannot tell what caused my internet to partially stop working on my pc

Lost some access to internet functions, seemingly after a faulty AMD drivers update, I only have access to a short list of sites and have since then tried what feels like every solution in the playbook but to no avail, be it changing my dns, resetting my router, running a 101 cmd commands but nothing seems to budge, except for the only temporary solution which seems to be using a mobile hot spot instead
