I noticed some bugs(?) on my orchid today they seem like they damage the flowers. What are these? Are they dangerous to orchids and how can i get rid of them?

I put my orchids in front of my window they get sunlight (there are net curtains front of the window) I water them once a week once in 2 weeks (depends on how dry they got) from the bottom.

hellooo i have a question. how can i understand what year press is this cd?? i just got it today. thanks in advance
