Hi. I had been trying to get into my Xbox account for a while and eventually logged in with my phone but since then the Xbox now appears to be stuck on the update page and won't change the code it gives me. Everytime I scan the qr I get the sorry that didn't work please try again error message. I've read online about people having to update themselves with usb sticks manually by entering safe mode? If this is what I will have to do? Or any other ideas thank you.
