Dawnshard, need to read??

I’m about 400 pages into Rhythm of War. I blasted through all of Mistborn and then the first 3 stormlight books a couple of years ago and DNF Rhythm of War. I’ve picked it up again but haven’t read Dawnshard. Should I stop and quickly read the novella? Or wait until I’ve finished RoW?

Surround Sound Placement

I have the Sonos beam and two era 100 SL’s to put as my back speakers but I have no idea on placement behind the sofa due to the room being an odd shape. Any help appreciated
