I have been using Panoxyl 10% twice a day for a while now with a good moisturiser it hasn’t caused any irritation so far, i have acne and closed comedones on my forhead and jaw so im thinking of adding the paulas choice liquid exfoliant use it about 3 times a week. Will that irritate my skin too much ? Is that too harsh.
