Advice- H1 blockers/ketotifen What’s your experiences and would you recommend?

I have many conditions including cfs, ndph, mcas and it’s also relevant to mention chronic urticaria despite not being as much of a hassle as the other 3. I’ve recently went on a strict low histamine diet and I improved my sleep a lot while living a lower stimulation lifestyle. Ignoring the last 4-5 days where my body seemingly malfunctioned, spiked and caught an illness as I tried to implement gaming again (which severely triggered PEM it seems) the diet/sleep/lower stim practically eliminated urticaria spikes, stabilised my condition more, my hrv average went up over 50% and I could do things like more chores due to not spiking. I am strongly considering trying an H1 blocker like fexofenadine
or ketotifen and potentially trying ldn(most tempted by ketotifen).
Whats your experiences with these medications and what do you think is the best course of action for me to pursue?

Anyone play any competitive video games?

I just can’t seem to play any competitive video games without paying the price afterwards. Just recently I tried to carefully reintroduce video games. Even with a maximum of 1 90 minute session a day and playing at least 6 hours plus before bed but it still ruins my sleep. It’s a decent distraction(the best one I’ve found) but I think I might be done playing them. That said it’s obviously annoying to be restricted to an extremely low stimulation life but it’s probably much better than dealing with the harsh effects of PEM and I know I’m not willing to limit video game sessions to 20-30 minutes. I would just rather not play.
