SKoda Slavia - Dent in rear bumper - need advice

hi skoda owners, i recently had a minor incident where a car hit the rear bumper of my New Skoda Slavia at CyberHub parking line last night.

The man seemed cooperative and said he'd pay the repair charges - gave me his number so we can go to the Skoda service together.

I wanted your advice on below questions:

  • What's the cost of bumper replacement - has anybody done it before?
  • Can this damage be fixed without bumper replacement? (its the plastic part below the boot)
  • Should i loop in cops? (i had taken videos with the guy when the damage occurred)
  • Should i go via insurance (his tired party insurance), are there any complications that way?

I'll appreciate any help or advice in fixing this damage.

New Skoda Slavia Sportline 1 L AT - Rattling sound from Dash, AC vent, Interior

Hi my fellow skoda drivers - i have been facing a lot of issues with my new skoda slavia and i wanted to see if other people are also facing the same issues and your advice on how you solved it.

(purchased from Jai Skoda Shona Road, Gurugram)

Issues:

  1. Rattling Sound: Ive hearing a lot of creeking sound from multiple places on dash - AC vents, infotainment system (the thing on which it rests), glossy chrome panel (where the ambient lights are placed) - my car has barely driven 1300 kms and only on city roads which are not too bad in gurgoan. The service centre refused to acknowledge this sound and said this happens with every car. But i test drive around slavia to see but i couldnt hear any sound from the dash.
  2. Less Torque: Maybe i feel this because its an AT. Sometimes i feel the pedal to be too light (usually at 60-80 kmph) and even if i push the pedal half way, the car's response is still minimal. It also happens sometimes in low speed bumper to bumper traffic where i leave the break pedal, the car takes a second or two to respond. Is this normal?
  3. Break sound: In the morning during cold start, the car makes a dragging metal sound initially. It feels like its coming from break or AC im not sure.

I would really appreciate your insights on how your driving experience was, if you see any common issues, and how to go about fixing it.

This is my first ever car and i have not driven skoda for long, so i dont know what is normal and what qualifies as an issue.
