Any 2026 TCS NQT campus hires who got OL in Jan received joining letter yet?

Hi everyone,

I’m from the 2026 batch and got my TCS Digital offer through college placement/NQT. My offer letter was generated around Jan 16, 2026, and I also received the joining readiness survey around March.

Current status shows:

Offer accepted

ILP eligible

BGC initiated

Our college officially ends in May, but most of us will receive all final marksheets/documents only around July.

So I wanted to ask:

Has anyone from the 2026 NQT/campus batch who got OL in January received joining letter or DOJ yet?

If anyone already joined previous batches with similar timeline, when can we realistically expect joining?

Will TCS usually wait until all semester results/marksheets are available?

Are Digital candidates getting earlier onboarding compared to Ninja?

Would appreciate responses from people in the same situation or seniors who already went through this process.

TCS Digital 2026 batch – when can I realistically expect joining? Also how much do location preferences matter?

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2026 batch TCS Digital candidate. I received my offer letter on Jan 16, 2026 and later got the joining readiness survey around March 1.

Current portal status:

Offer accepted

ILP eligible

BGC initiated

I haven’t received any joining letter/date yet, so I wanted to ask seniors and others in the same batch:

Based on previous years, when can I realistically expect joining?

Are Digital candidates getting faster onboarding this year?

Did anyone with similar timeline already receive DOJ?

Also regarding location preference: I selected:

Chennai

Coimbatore

Bengaluru

How much weight does TCS actually give to these preferences?

What are the chances of getting shifted to another state/location despite these choices?

Would really appreciate insights from people who already joined or are waiting in the same situation. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

I’m from the 2026 batch and received a TCS Digital offer on Jan 16. I recently completed the IPA (iON Proctored Assessment) and got a total score of 86 (MCQ: 36, Coding: 50 – solved all test cases).

I wanted to understand a few things from seniors or people in the same situation:

Does IPA performance actually matter for anything (project allocation, ILP, incentives, etc.)?

Is there any benefit or advantage with this kind of score?

Most importantly — has anyone from 2026 Digital (offer around Jan) received joining date/letter yet?

My current status shows offer accepted + ILP eligible, but no updates after that.

Just trying to understand where I stand.

Thanks!
