Who should I go to for the best chance at a one and done procedure? Preferably in the UK please but I am open to the US too.

Had catheter trauma 6 months ago. RGU or Cystoscopy?

Had catheter trauma about 6 months ago and now have a weaker stream dribbling and more frequent urination. Life is not going to be smooth for me now. I'm into bodybuilding and mixed martial arts you see. Having the thought of having to take months out potentially years out of training and could be years from repeated procedures I don't want to live to battle through it. I really feel for the people that have strictures, having the constant thought of has the stricture recurred is such a mental battle and torture. I'm going to find out very soon whether I have this terrible disease. Is 6 months enough time to conclude whether there is a stricture or not? Or should I wait even longer?

I've been through a lot in my life and have a lifelong disease that doesn't allow me to sleep. Due to this I am unemployed and have been for 5 years now. I went abroad out of desperation to get a cure however they made my condition worse. Everyday is torture for me I can't sleep at all. Can I ask Allah for death?

I have both a tight bladder neck confirmed by cystoscopy aswell as a distal stricture at my hyposoadias repair site around 2mm. I'd rather get both done in one procedure even if it may be longer recovery and more painful due to me dealing with urinary issues for years now. Is it possible or not recommend?

I have a theory regarding this. I think you shouldn't engage in any sexual activity at all despite doctors giving clearance after 6-8 weeks. I think 12 months of abstainence is a good amount of time reason being is that that's when remodelling is complete. I wouldn't risk it at 6-8 weeks tbh.

This isn't a test from Allah or a punishment it's stupidity I did it to myself. I don't want to live with this mistake either. I want to die now. Please tell me Allah will forgive me for taking my life?

For those who have done urethroplasty are you exactly how you were before? From sex life to flow etc? I saw someone say they did EPA urethroplasty and they have pain whilst having intercourse etc. Just wanted to get some other inputs on this?

How long did your urethroplasty last? Looking to know whether this is a good option. I need something that can last decades not just recur after a couple years.
