So I recently started for RTX as a p3 in procurement. They lowballed me at $93k but I’m hybrid and no code charging as it’s indirect. The second week of work Lockheed calls and offers me hybrid for a p3 at $100k but with a 4% annual which puts me closer to the midpoint. This one will have code charges. I accepted that offer and need to put in a notice but I’m conflicted and thinking about staying. Words of advice from people who have worked at both companies? Both are in the DFW area and are equal distance from me

I did it and the manager took it very well. Says he understands/ is happy for me and that no one including himself should be loyal to these brands. Will even let me work through the notice period. Maybe bridge not burned???
