Recently my Microsoft Account got Hacked so i Had to buy Minecraft again but now every time i try to log into a Server i get the Same invalid Session Error i tryed relogging into the new Account restarting the Game and Launcher and even Uninstalling and reinstalling modrinth the Same Error Shows Up i played on 1.21.11 (update: i tried to Join a Server without modrinth and that worked so it Looks Like the issue is with modrinth)
