Today I ran my first full mile one km of which is a trail run
I'm not really sure if I should push through the burning sensation in my calves but I did anyway lol .(is that lactic acid build up?)At a pace of 7mins per km I think I "bonked" after that to 5k I don't really know what that means but I feel like the definition of that is my pace slowing down.
Because my stomach hurt every step of the way so I just walked through it. I've been running for a while now but I feel like I'm still a beginner. I wonder if I can still run if my stomach didn't hurt halfway. I think it hurt because I drank a 350ml juice before I started which I probably shouldn't have done.
Do you guys have an advice I could use for future reference
