How to fight blue decks?

This is sort of weird. I am newish to mtg as a whole, and as far as I can see, blue is a very strong colour in general. I am not here to complain about why is it like that, but rather would like to learn how do you fight blue decks using non blue commanders. For example rn I am running a toph metalbender deck which is on built cheaply, but I am slowly upgrading. A lot of commanders I like omit Blue (Eddie Brock/Venom, All the Tophs, Tifa) and if I wanna step into competitive brawl, what is the mentality and habits I need to learn to fight blue based control strats and such? Especially if I cannot match it with Blue. I won't stick to these commanders, just giving examples.

New to Brawl, need advise

Hey! I am new to Arena and mtg in general. I play a lot of standard, trying to branch into Pioneer slowly. I want to play budget, cheap brawl decks as a break from constructed (I dont do drafts. Unless I have some tokens to use somewhere). The decks I am eyeing rn are a cheap Toph metalbender list (5r, 1 mythic and rest UC and C), a control esper build with queza (no Rs and M) and a tifa no R and M list. Which Brawl is good for these decks (ik tifa is an op commander, so what about the budget toph metalbender list, I dont wanna win often, just sometimes to know its not a blowout)
Maybe later on make a dwarf equipment deck, but thats a long term project after I steady my standard and pioneer decks

New to Arena and MTG

Hi! I am sort of new to Arena, joined coz of Hobbit. I play a lot of TCGs, and am semi familiar with commander magic (precons only). And I wanted advise as to which Pioneer decks on Arena can be my first Pioneer deck.
I heard that arena rares are a pain if you are a constructed player and not a drafter (I don't like and cannot draft for the life of me), so I chose R,W,U as my 3 colours and will mostly live in it.
I wanted to get a Pioneer deck and maybe another one next year sometime in Arena, and am wondering which one should I make, I want a semi decent deck, no need to be the best of the best, and a little ban proof for now so I dont feel like I wasted my wild cards. In Standard rn I used to play Izzet Lessons till the granny got banned, and now play Jeskai Lessons (I dont wanna invest in standard jeskai artifacts coz they rotate in 6 months). I am also building a Top Metalbender Brawl deck, but thats an extreme side project, I am just running a budget 5 R version rn.
