I bought the subscription on Sunday. It's active but today I woke up and both the app and the website opened up with ads and stuff like I'm a free user.

I've logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, submitted a ticket, and all I got was a response saying my subscription is active until the 12th of August.

I know it's active and paid but it's not working.
