How can I become stronger in Infernum on a mage?

I don't know what to do. Bosses kill me in three clicks. For example, the same boss in the dungeon (Endless Void) or Providence. Help me, I'll be grateful.

How do you kill Moon Lord in Infernum as a mage?

I spent a total of 9 hours fighting the Moon Lord. I have the best gear and almost always get through the beginning without taking damage, but I'm afraid I'll have to memorize the ending for at least 10 hours to keep the Moon Lord at 5-10% damage. The Moon Lord's final stage is driving me crazy. Tell me what's wrong with my gear.
