Kitchen is hood, not centered on cooktop

I had my builder open up these trusses to fit a flush mount kitchen island hood over the peninsula where the cooktop is going to be, but it is about 4 inches to the back and not directly over the cooktop itself. The blue tape is where the cooktop will be and you can see where the opening is in the ceiling.

It is a flush mount hood, so it is further away height wise from the induction cooktop. I’m getting an 1100 CFM blower.

Am I going to lose a significant amount of effectiveness or should I be OK?

Anyone know what is happening here? Does this mean there is a water leak somewhere?

Also, anythings to check or potential fixes?

Should I be concerned and how do I fix this crack on the freezer side of my 20 yr old subzero fridge without having to replace the whole interior?

Im getting a built in oven and there is 39 inches to the island so with the oven door open, there is 15 in of space. In the pic you can see where the island will end to my left and it lines up with the oven door edge when open.

The question is, is this fine or how far should I push the island over to the left so it won't be awkward or dangerous hitting my elbow on the island corner while pulling out a pan of hot bubbling lasagna?

I think I could move it 6 inches? Would that be enougj? Is there any kitchen design rules for how much space you need around an open oven door?

EDIT: I set up a chair and brought it next to the corner of my kitchen counter where I currently live during this remodel and I've come to the conclusion that I needed move the island over about 12 inches, 6 in isn't going to cut it. Thanks for everyone's help this mock-up really helped

Can anyone clarify what they mean by item 4 of the work triangle? Does it mean the deepest point of penetration by an island or peninsula into the triangle can be up to 12 inches or 12 inches wide? I'm just confused by the term "intersection" here. I'm guessing the former.
