mold or mycelium growing on my mushrooms?
My FAE wasn't good at all because it's cold where I am and the only way to keep the AIO bag warm was to keep it in a closed box. I'll figure something else out in the future but I think that could explain why there's so much fuzz? Just hoping it's not mold and is safe to eat.
I've grown more successfully before but this bag was weird. For a while there was mycelium growing on the side of the plastic AIO bag and it actually fruited from there, and then the bigger mushrooms on the right started coming up from the side behind it and pushed it forward. The red circle is some of the the mycelium that was on the side of the bag.
Also, I should pick them all now, right? the fuzzy ones pretty much stopped growing and the biggest one dropped its spores. Didn't expect that cuz the cap didn't flatten out but whoops, the smaller cap below it is now covered in spores. Should I try to rub them off or like cut off the top layer before dehydrating?
