Hey guys, I experience migraine with aura with a frequency of 2–4 attacks per month. I’m currently on lamotrigine as preventive therapy and indomethacin for acute attacks. My neurologist recommended that I get lenses for photosensitivity, but didn’t specify which type.
I’ve read that the best options are FL-41 and Avulux, and that Avulux may be more effective since FL-41 doesn’t work for everyone and doesn’t block all harmful wavelengths.
For those who use these lenses, could you share your feedback and advise me on something similar? Or tell me which of the two you think is better?
