NBD: Endurace SLX

First ride today, wow is it comfortable! Surprisingly quick to accelerate too. The last endurance hike I had was a BMC roadmachine and this feels very similar to ride, lively but this is far smoother.

Recommend a tyre for UK cyclocross

Hi all - I am back for my second season of CX. Last year I can challenge limus tubeless tyres but they came up wider than 33mm on my rims (21mm internals) however they have a nasty sidewall cut so need to be replaced for the coming season.

I race in the UK which means it’s mostly wet grass / mud / ice. I’m looking for a tyre which I can use all season, any recommendations or should I stick with what I know?

Thanks!

Advice on taking our first commercial lease

Hi all!

I’ve been running my business from a storage facility but would now like to move in to a proper office space where we can grow the business further.

I’ve been to view a local office today and like what I can see, the rent seems good value and the letting agent seemed to say the right things - they asked me to send over a proposal and offer via email. The landlord is looming for a 3 year lease but would offer a break clause.

We have a few more questions for her to check with the landlord before we go any further but I was just looking for general advice and things to look out for.

I will be finding a solicitor to act on my behalf for a start if we do decide to proceed.

Is there anything else we should be doing in the early stages of taking out a lease? Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you.

Going from +7 degree stem to -7 degree stem?

I’m currently running a BMC road machine with a 120mm stem at +7 degrees.

I’ve ordered a new 120mm one piece bar and stem (same width and reach) but the stem is -7 degrees.

I currently only run one 10mm spacer under the stem and two above it. Am I right in thinking that I’ll probably need to put 2 spacers under the stem to keep the position roughly where it is now?

Thanks!
