Hi, I am asking for help. Recently, my friends and I started playing Ark together (we play Survival Evolved, but that subreddit seems inactive, so I am writing here). We rented a server for 3 months, and after the second day, the server stopped working. It starts for a second and then goes into a boot loop, and this cycle has been going on for days. Support isn't answering, except for their phone support which is in German (which I don't speak). I have already found some posts about the shady practices of this company. Has anyone else experienced similar treatment and problems? Is anyone willing to help me either get the server working or figure out how to not get scammed further by their weird terms and conditions?
