At a “family” bbq turned party? Only person not drinking or smoking. Food isn’t served till 3-4 hours after we arrive (8pm). Music is LOUD, I’m getting a headache probably from all the smoke either from the grill or the people around me. Somehow only juice, pop and liquor is being served so there’s no cold water.

When I tell my partner I’m ready to go home and I’m tired, I wish it didn’t take me saying it 10 times for him to finally start saying goodbyes.

I get its summer and he wants to enjoy the vibes but when I’m ready to go, I’m ready to Fing leave.
