Asking in terms of dosage and injection frequency, side effects, effectiveness, etc. I read somewhere on here that cypionate is more likely to cause water retention n facial puffiness. If it's true, which esters are better in this case?

For the person that is offering qurbani on Eid, is it compulsory for him not to cut his nails and hair for 10 days, or is it just a practice that is recommended? Will not following this 10-day rule result on the qurbani being invalid?

If this 10-day rule is compulsory, what else is restricted during this period?
