Advice needed

Hello Redding peeps, so I bought a used car from Park Marina Motors a couple months ago and the front bumper fell off and so I took it in for repair and the repair shop said the car was not safe to drive due to missing bolts and other stuff that affects the impact bar. Then a day later the transmission blew out on the freeway. Park Marina has been somewhat avoidance until I mention legal action but at this point I'm wondering if I can take action due to the fact that the car is not safe. I have written statements from a certified mechanic that the car is not safe to drive, plus the actual damage is so severe it impacts the ability to even repair the car in the first place.

What would be your advice?
