Final interview
I received an email yesterday from Workday saying that someone would be contacting me to schedule a final interview and the email said "A member of our hiring team will be contacting you in the next few business days to schedule time to speak with you." About how long does it take to hear back? Also wanted to ask if anyone has been able to negotiate days of week in office for an onsite role and how they did it. I know someone who works in this department that says they are fully remote but they try to go into the office two days a week. However, the role says "onsite" so I'm wondering if there is any room to negotiate that and tips on how to get more flexibility since the role requires frequent international travel and extended working hours to accommodate the customer in another time zone. I haven't worked in an office for over 6 years but was recently impacted by Collins ISP 6/26 and with the state of the current job market I think I should take this opportunity to get back into the company at P&W Thoughts and advice?
