I had my first ever bppv attack 10 days ago rolling over in bed. It was so severe that I vomited several times. I’ve never experienced anything like it or even had a migraine so it was an uneasy experience to say the least. Since then I’ve had major brain fog and have been lightheaded. I had a good day on day 8 where I thought I was coming good but yesterday I had a horrible headache in the back of my head, almost like pressure and heat at once, and a bit of nausea. Is this sounding normal or should I be going to ED?
