Hi all!

Wanted to check if there is any specific source in order to learn all the main anatomy points for NBMEs, across all systems
I've taken 5 so far and somehow the routes of blood vessels and the positioning of things in relation to others are the ones where I struggle. And the catheterisation routes. Anything anatomy related really
I tried the 100 anatomy concepts deck for a bit and it wasnt really super helpful i wasnt able to stick to it.
Is there any anking tag that i can unsuspend specifically study to really hammer in the HY anatomy points?
Any advice would be appreciated :)

I’m a newbie to apple fitness + , I have opted for the one month free trial to see if I like it and then proceed.
I have been lifting weights at the gym regularly for the last 3 years and wanted to mix things up by including HIIT and Pilates and some Yoga as well

I’m having difficulty finding workouts based on levels like beginner intermediate and pro. Is there any specific way for me to find videos and make a progressive plan? How did you all figure it out when you started with the app? Any advice will be appreciated!

Also please feel free to drop on instructor recs for Pilates that gives you the burn and you really feel it + HIIT beginner

Has anyone else had issues with FSMB eligibility verification using MyIntealth ID? I’m trying to complete the USMLE eligibility verification on the FSMB portal, but I keep getting this error: “Error: There is an issue verifying your data. Please verify your data above matches your records at MyIntealth.”
The only field required is the MyIntealth ID, and I’ve copy-pasted it directly multiple times, so I don’t think it’s a typo issue.

I’ve already:

• completed MyIntealth identity verification
• completed/received ECFMG certification processing
• double-checked my IDs and account details

I already emailed FSMB support but haven’t heard back yet so i resorted to emailing them once more (my initial email was sent on Sunday and it was a long weekend)

Did anyone else run into this? If so, how did you fix it and how long did FSMB take to respond?

{Additional backstory not sure if this has anything to do with this but during my ECFMG certification on intealth i did run into a name match issue - my diploma and passport name did not match exactly because one was abbreviated. But i did get it resolved by submitting a validating letter from my university and then the ECFMG application was accepted and i could proceed to the next step}

—Update—
My next step was to make one of my friends in the US call the FSMB USMLE support number (provided in their website) but i rechecked once more before that and it just went through! I still don’t have any response to my emails but they fixed the issue somehow¿
If anyone’s having this issue I would recommend emailing them twice (max) and resorting to just calling the support number.
