hi! i've been on zyban(300mg) for 2 months now and i noticed that it made my tinnitus worse? like it's louder than usual. will it go away after sometime or is it a permanent thing? thanks

i notice that my rpm needle goes a bit down at a certain speed (like 30 and 50) on an automatic transmission. is that a normal thing for peugeots? i got told that it's just the gear shifting.
