Hi moms/dads,

We’ve been using the Baby Brezza Formula Pro for a little over 3 months, and while cleaning the bowl last week, I noticed the orange dispenser wheel/plate has pretty obvious scratches all over the bottom surface.

Has anyone else noticed this on their machine?

I’m a little concerned about whether tiny plastic particles could potentially get into the formula over time, especially since our baby is exclusively formula-fed.

I contacted Baby Brezza customer service, and they responded that:

>“We can confirm that the wheels are functioning safely and there is no indication that any particles are entering your formula.”

They also sent us replacement wheels as a courtesy.

Just wanted to see if other parents have experienced the same thing and whether anyone looked into it further. Thanks!
