How can I sell my springs to customers?
I find that buyers who already have existing suppliers will hardly switch just because of minor issues.
Besides, the profit margin of springs itself is not high at all, so there is almost no room for price competition.
As for custom springs, what are the real chances of meeting customers who exactly need customized products?
Most of my target clients are manufacturers, and this makes the business really tough for me.
So I’m wondering: the higher up you are in the industrial supply chain, does it actually mean you have less competitive advantage and it’s harder to do business?
