Could anyone advise what this substance coming from underneath our Bosch fridge/freezer might be?

• It is clear with a slight yellow hue.
• It has no smell.
• It's tacky/gluey to the touch.
• It's not leaking out very fast. We wiped the pictured amount up and it's barely come back this morning.
• It appears to be coming from underneath the whole fridge/freezer unit.

Model info: Series 2 built-in fridge-freezer with freezer at bottom 177.2 x 54.1 cm sliding hinge

Unit Age: Around 8 years old
