First of all sorry for blurry pics i improvised with zoom and flashlight!!

First picture is booklice, i rent a apartment which it happens to have problem with moisture i have dehumidifier run it almost all day every day.. sometimes is 60% sometimes less but i try ventilate the rooms with windows too… I found booklice mostly in my bedroom which has 2 windows and a vanity next to my bed near the windows and the cardboard behind the vanity is all in bubbles and the parquet looks mold infested idk how to describe i have pic there of that too. I find this tiny insects almost every day 10-12 on the window stool and walls near the windows, in last few months i see very tiny tiny black ( i dunno that they even existed ) silverfish there.. i must say im a very clean and tidy person and clean on a daily basis… i wipe the window stool every day multiple times i vacuum and do everything right but they never disappear… I am desperate… Also i see them sometimes but rarely in hallway walls and window stool in living room…

About the silverfish, i find 1 max 2 a day when i come back from work they just chill on my kitchen floor or next to the wall.. never find some in cupboard thank god.. and i find them sometimes in my hallway too near my sneakers and in bathroom near the sink on wall too… found this weird looking silverfish next to my fridge today and took a pic

Every tips would be appreciated i try my best but i rent and i cant do some major changes… Thanks in advance!
