Different skills peaking at different phases

Have you guys been through this. When you train, during some period you would have had good head movement and good basics on how you fundamentally throw straights with head off the line and have good defensive fundametals. During some period you have good distance management and out boxing. Sometimes periods of training very instinctive mid range boxing shows up. You think back and realize, damn i used to do that dont know how that skill is not there by default now. Sometimes wish if all those skills are put together i might become much better. But at the moment you are focusing on something else. How does one bring all of it together ?

Getting gassed out despite proper cardio

Per week, I do twice zone 2 cardio for faster recovery, twice 4x4 Norwegian for vo2 max aerobic blocks and some short intervals to help with the anaerobic systems. Despite diligently following all this I still feel gassed out. Even climbing up the stairs makes me gassed out and my friends who don’t even train cardio or any boxing just climb with no issues. Weird thing is my testing heart rate is also around 55 while the physically inactive friends have 72 or above and they dont gas out climbing stairs. I cant figure out what is happening. This is very discouraging and makes me want to quit. Feels like my body is not built for any atheletic activities anymore. Makes me think there might be something physiologically wrong. Has anyone been through this ? If so what was the actual issue ? Any advice is very much appreciated.

Am I right in thinking that ending the relationship is best for her.

Me(M32) and my girlfriend(F28) have known each other as friends for an year before we got together and it has been almost an year now. She has been more invested in the relationship than I am. She puts in all the effort and is in love. I couldnt reciprocate the same thing. I do know that she is the person I am comfortable with or the one I would run to when things are difficult in life. But at the same time I am also worried that I might cheat on her. I do feel attracted to others physically. I always thought i would know for sure when i am with a person and would not be thinking of anyone else. But that is not the case. I felt that I am being unfair to her and want her to be desired the same way she does me. I told her all this and we are taking a break or almost ending it. But it feels really hard to loose her. I don’t think I will ever meet anyone that affectionate and wishing only the best for me and I also want the best for her. I feel like a horrible person for hurting her this way. But I also think it is best that I take myself out of this so that she has a chance at meeting someone that is the best for her. It is overwhelming to think of what I can do next or if I am doing the right thing. I do want to be with her but also keep wondering is it because of only what I get out of the relationship. She is my comfort but she is the one giving and giving in this relationship, although she would not accept this if I said so. I realise this is more of a venting than questioning. Can someone like me choose to stay and hope to learn to love? Will things change ? Or I should let her go?
