I stopped pumping when LO was about 5 months old (around 6 weeks ago). Towards the end I was pumping once or twice a day. I've been quite fortunate generally with hormones, but the past month or so everyday has felt like a rollercoaster of emotions and hormones. I know that there can be a hormonal shift once you stop, but is this still possible even when I was only pumping about once a day? Has anyone else experienced similar?
