Hi I’ve had this Gregory Deva 70L for 4 years now. It’s great but I realized somehow the back panel frame has become unzipped. The problem is it is too taut to zip back up, and part of the frame seems to be bending towards the zipper, is it supposed to do that? has anyone had this issue before? The backpack still works fine, I just want to figure it out.
