In the Luxembourg job market and workplace culture, how is it generally perceived when a candidate in their early-to-mid 40s applies for a graduate, junior or entry-level position? Would being 43–45 years old be a significant disadvantage when applying for graduate or junior level positions with a recent completed degree?
