In TCM, what can be the cause of little bumps on all the forehead (not hairline) and chin? They also somehow are on the cheeks (much less).

They are not pimples, and even though not very visible, they are irritating.

Can it be a stress or diet issue? Caffeine?

Has anyone felt that their smile feels wonky or forced even at the one year mark? I had a reoperation, so thats maybe why, but I cant really recall how this was first time around ...
