He signed an irrevocable contract while we wait for the buyer to get finances and inspection. The inspection went well and their parents are co-signing. Is there ANYthing we can do to cancel it? We have two small children, and I just had a miscarriage for a third we were just in a tough spot and wanted out of this property but now it makes more sense to move to the property. We currently live in my rental and he was renting out our house. The closing is 5pm tomorrow. I know this is awful to the poor couple that wanted to buy it but for a million and one reasons this is just what is best for us and yes we should have come to that decision much sooner. Please help.
