Thoughts on new Aerie as a 4’10 girlie.
I actually think I like the new Sunday Soft. I wasn’t sure about the pants but after I left the store I ended up buying the pants online because I couldn’t stop thinking about them with mild regret. I bought the sweater in an XXS (normally small/ medium in fitted tops). The sweater is longer on me by an inch or two compared to my other Sunday soft sets. The pants I wasn’t sure how I felt because they fit a bit differently. I ended up sizing up from my usual size to a small. The drawstring is a nice feature. I have a feeling they may shrink some, and it clings to my hips in an odd way but they are still comfortable. I think the regular runs shorter as I have regular in a previous blue set that’s been washed multiple times and floods. I could easily wear platform slippers and walk around the house in the regular inseam but still prefer the short. So 5’0+ I think should be fine. Tall girls beware. I think 5’5 (or even 5’4) and up needs a tall maybe.
As for the So Nostalgic Quarter Zip Sweater, every color is absolutely beautiful and soft. I like darker colors. Still on the fence. I have broader shoulders, and I think the larger collar highlights that feature on me. Shorter arms and have to cuff sleeves. It’s very soft, but if you have dogs, I could see it snagging on a nail and pulling easily.
Also, the other fun Sunday soft is on clearance for $15 each. I got the royal berry striped sweater in my size! Lots of pants in brown if you are in the Louisville area (bluegrass outlets).

Make curvy jeans curvy again (rant)
I haven’t bought new jeans in a few years but I have bought jeans almost exclusively from AE for forever. I loved their curvy jeans but it seems like they are no longer made for curvy measurements. My store only had 4 different styles of curvy jeans (all stovepipe jeans which I am not totally sure what that means) and every. single. one. was still way too big in the waist. Meanwhile I am WEARING a pair of AE curvy jeans that fits perfectly that I bought about 3 years ago. Really sad because I think I’ll have to start looking for other places to buy jeans after being an AE customer for so long. Is it just me, am I trying on the wrong style, or has something changed?!

American Eagle rant
I received a call from someone I believe to be the manager from AEO, and they scheduled me for an interview. I dressed well and arrived so early that I expected them to know they had an interviewee for that day. Haha, the employee just took my interview, and they said my resume wasn’t in there for them to review because of the numerous applicants?!!! Did you know they made me reapply for the job they offered me? Take note again! So, in my mind, I took my time to go there n wtf is that????

Will jeans come back in stock?
Hello! I am 5 foot and have been trying to find a good pair of baggy jeans forever. I went to AE last week and found that the AE Super High-Waisted Baggy Wide-Leg Jeans are perfect. I am either a 00 or 000. But they didn’t have any x-short in the store and the short are a tad too long. I figured I’d go online and get a pair but it appears there is no 000 x-short and the 00 x-short is sold out. Can anyone tell me if the 00 x-short will be restocked? Thank you!

Store Pick up full?
Wondering why my local store isn’t allowing me to ship to store (to save shipping money). The store in the past has allowed it, if I go in person could I get them to do a ship to store or do I really need to pick a farther location?
