Store Pick up full?

Wondering why my local store isn’t allowing me to ship to store (to save shipping money). The store in the past has allowed it, if I go in person could I get them to do a ship to store or do I really need to pick a farther location?

Rash on 10 year olds palm. Doesn’t itch, hurt or feel hot.

My 10 year old has a newish rash on the base of her palm. I thought maybe eczema, but she said it doesn’t itch. I also thought maybe warts but I don’t see a black dot center. They look like tiny scabs. Any idea?
