itchy rash lip eczema? or perioral derm? or something else?
just developed these itchy and somewhat scaly/dry rashes on the corners of my lips on my top lip itself. ive been looking through health websites and reddit and having trouble just narrowing down what exactly it might be. going to set up a dr apptment soon to get a solid opinion, but in need of insight and tips until then on how to manage itch and dryness.
and yes in the photos my lips themselves are v chapped, ive been applying vaseline to them and the affected areas. ive experienced that dry spot on my top lip before and it went away applying vaseline and a pimple patch but doing the same seems to irritate the stuff on the corners of my mouth.
