every time a tender goes against us (or people i know) it's the same loop: dig through gebiz, try to find the award, see the amount, maybe figure out who else bid, then go back to hunting the next open one. public data is all there, just miserable to use, especially after the old email alerts died.
so i spent a while pulling public awards + respondents into something usable. product is called biskt, competitor win patterns from public data, open jobs that look like past bids, rough price bands from similar awards. not eval scores, not "bid this and you'll win."
if you actually bid on gov work: is this a real pain or do you just live in excel? what's missing if you'd ever open a tool for it
