Niche/specialty areas of OT

I’ve been working as a home health OT for 5+ years. With all the documentation, Medicare guidelines, audits, boxes to check, I’m getting pretty burned out. I worked in outpatient rehab before this and had a similar experience.
I’m interested in continuing education, training for a specialty, and/or pursuing a different path, either clinical or non clinical. I want to find a niche area that I can spend years in and not get burned out.
I want a career that doesn’t feel like I’m just there to bill and check boxes. I’m not totally opposed to working in peds but I really love working with adults.

What do you do and love? and how did you get there?

Looking for inspiration!!!

Positive vibes only please, thanks! 😊
