Hello, just thinking about my career path. I currently have an offer of a Content Moderator role, I wonder if lumipat ako sa voice account let’s say after 2 years ko as being Content Moderator. Will they consider my 2 years of exp as a CoMod to increase my salary expectation?

I also have another concern. Sa mga Content Moderator dito, ano ang career path na meron tayo? Mas better ba in terms of pay and compensation maging content moderator long term or voice accounts?

Curious lang ako, may nayaman ba sa pagiging BPO employee? Bago lang ako sa BPO and im earning 21,500 per month as a Content Moderator. 2k lang per month ang contribution ko sa bahay kaya malaki naitatabi ko for my savings. I’m just wondering if possible ba na maging milyonaryo by just saving up and climbing the corporate ladder sa BPO or need pa rin ng side hustles? Kayo magkano na naipon nyo dahil sa BPO and anong secret nyo to earn and save that amount?
