Hi ladies.
We have had 2 failed rounds of IVF (we only had one follicle on the 2nd round so they switched us to IUI) our 1st IUI failed. Our clinic have offered us 5 further rounds of IUI but these will be unmedicated except for the trigger shot. Does anyone have any success stories of unmedicated or am i wasting my time (we are unexplained primary infertility and low AMH)
So i was preparing for my 2nd round of IVF (our 1st failed in December due to poor response) in December we got 2 follicles <10mm so obviously couldnt proceed to egg collection etc. This time we got 1 follicle of 15mm (i think she said) she said this was deemed poor response again and we couldn’t proceed to egg collection but they could get me in the following day 6th may and do an IUI. I was on nafarelin nasal spray and 300IUI menopur. I triggered with ovitrelle on 5th may but im concerned i havent had enough/the right meds for this to work (husbands SA is perfect i have low AMH thats our only issue so we are classed as unexplained)
