Mechanic Keeps telling me nothing is wrong but 12v battery dies every couple days

I have a 2019 fusion hybrid and the 12v has died in the past but I’ve just jumped it and it’s been fine, tested the battery and it was in perfect condition. This last week the same thing happened, but it keeps dying (and of course the battery is “in perfect condition”). I’ve tried to turn off everything that could possibly be a power draw at night but apparently haven’t been successful. My key fob is broken (not dead, I have replaced the battery) and does not transmit at all, so I have to use the key slot in the cupholder. I’ve been doing this for months with no issue.

Here’s the weird thing, this morning I got in my car and the dash lights were off and I watched the console screen turn off in front of me, no power. It wasn’t unexpected, so I went inside to grab the keys to a different car, and when I came out the headlights were on on my fusion (?????) but by the time I got the key and got back out there it was off again and wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get any lights to turn on. So wtf?
