When Support is hell-bent in not helping, so they gaslight you.
I went into Damien on my Kanna and thought it was weird how fast P1 got cleared. Although that’s definitely possible with a 210M CP Kanna, it happened so fast that I started second guessing whether I accidentally entered Normal Mode instead of Hard. So while Damien was in the middle of his whole Super Saiyan transformation animation, I exited the run just to double check.
Then when I tried to go back in, the run was somehow already marked as cleared even though I never even entered P2.
I submitted a ticket and got hit with the usual copy-paste “nothing can be done” template response and then the response above.
I replied with a few arguments explaining why their reasoning made no sense and is a blatant lie, and now the ticket is finally being escalated. The screenshot is one of the responses they sent trying to gaslight me into believing the run was completed normally.
